Prices are per visit and cover every window we can reach safely from the ground, a ladder or a water-fed pole, up to three stories. A window is one opening, however many panes it has. Two-story homes add 10% and three-story homes add 25%.

How it works
Four steps, the same every time, whether it is 12 windows or 60.
Use the estimator, or text a photo of the front and back of the house. We reply with a fixed price within an hour during office hours.
Choose a date and a 2-hour arrival window. We text the day before with the crew’s names, and again when we are 20 minutes away.
Drop cloths under every inside window and shoe covers at the door. Upper windows get a pure-water pole, so nothing leans on your gutters.
We check the glass with you before we leave. Spot a streak within 48 hours and we come back free.

Two-story colonial with 26 windows and a bay. Dana and Luis were done in just under 4 hours, moved the piano bench and the plants and put everything back. The kitchen bay had sprinkler spots for years. Gone.
They do our bakery glass every other Tuesday at 6:15, before we open at 7. Same guy each time, hasn’t missed once, and he wipes the door handles too. $68 a month is less than my old service charged for half the work.
Price on the website was the price on the invoice. $201 for 23 windows on our two-story. They used the pole for the upstairs so no ladders on our new gutters, which was honestly my main worry.

Short answers to what people ask before their first clean.
Only for inside work. For outside only, leave the side gate unlatched and any dogs indoors, and we text you a photo when we finish. You can pay by card link afterwards.
Light rain does not spoil clean glass: rain water is soft and dries clear, and the spots people see come from dirt already on the window. We do reschedule for steady rain, high wind or lightning, and we text you by 7:00 that morning.
With a water-fed pole from the ground. The water runs through a filter that strips out the minerals, so it dries without spots and we need no soap or squeegee up high. It also means no ladders against your gutters or siding.
Yes. Upstairs we use filtered water only. On the first floor we use a few drops of plain dish soap in a bucket. Nothing goes on your plants that would not go on your dishes.
Usually. Sprinkler spots that have sat for a year or two come off with a mild acid polish, which is the $25 per pane add-on. Spots that have etched into the glass will not come off fully. We test one corner first and tell you before charging anything.
About 1.5 hours for outside only on a 20-window house, and about 3 hours for inside and out. Screens add 20 to 30 minutes. Two of us come for anything over 25 windows.
Yes. Grids between the glass count as one window. True divided panes, where each small pane has its own frame, count as two windows because they take about twice as long.
Yes. $2 million general liability, Ohio workers’ comp for every crew member, and a $25,000 bond. We can email a certificate of insurance to you or your HOA before the visit.
